Membership Agreement Terms

Members of AirlineJOB.net must read and agree to these terms and conditions:

1. By becoming an AirlineJOB.net member and user of our service (the "Service"), you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement (the "Agreement"). This agreement is subject to change AirlineJOB.net at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.

2. Some or all of the following fees and charges may be incurred by the Subscriber:

1. Subscription fees. The subscriber is responsible for paying an regular subscription fee according to the then-current billing terms, unless the subscriber cancels the service in advance of the next billing period. (See clause 4 below for cancellation directions).

2. Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform AirineJOB.net of the following: changes in the expiration date or suspected fraud of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until AirlineJOB.net is notified, by electronic or conventional mail of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

3. Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit, or by US check or a money order paid in US dollars.

4. Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either AirlineJOB.net or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. All cancellations must be in writing. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. All cancellations must be in writing and received three (3) days prior to the billing date by close of business.

5. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of a user ID, and password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, AirlineJOB.net will not release passwords for any reason. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

6. Any liability of AirlineJOB.net including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to AirlineJOB.net for the preceding 12 months. Some countries or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

7. No warranty is made by AirlineJOB.net regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Service, and AirlineJOB.net hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services; 2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some countries or states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

8. Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted by AirlineJOB.net and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of AirlineJOB.net, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.

9. The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.

10. The Service may enable Subscribers to share information with other Subscribers. Subscribers agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement.

11. Subscribers agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other Subscribers to buy or sell any products or services through the Service without prior written consent. Subscribers are responsible for information they send, or display through the Service even if a claim should arise after termination of service.

12. There are no facilities provided by the Service for sending or receiving private or confidential electronic communications. All messages shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public. Do not use the Service for any communication for which the sender intends only the sender and the intended recipient(s) to read. Notice is hereby given that all messages entered into this Service can and may be read by the operators of the Service, whether or not they are the intended recipient(s).

13. Notices by AirlineJOB.net to Subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Service, by a general posting on the service, or by conventional mail. Notices by Subscribers may be given by electronic messages or conventional mail, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.

14. All questions, complaints, or notices to AirlineJOB.net by means of electronic message must be sent to [email protected].

3. PERSONAL GUARANTY - THIS PERSONAL GUARANTY CREATES SPECIFIC LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. When we use the words you and your in this Personal Guaranty we mean the Personal Guarantor (s) indicated ("The Subscriber"). When we use the word we, us and our in this Personal Guaranty we mean the Company ("AirlineJOB.net"). In consideration of our entering into the agreement above, ("The Agreement"), you unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee to us, our, successors and assigns the prompt payment and performance of all obligations of the Subscriber identified above ("Subscriber") under the Agreement. You agree that this is a guaranty of payment and not of collection and that we can proceed directly against you as covered by the Agreement. You waive all defences and notices including those of protest presentment and demand. You agree that we can renew, extend or otherwise modify the terms of the Agreement and you will be bound by such changes. If the Subscriber defaults under the Agreement you will immediately perform all obligations of the Agreement including but not limited to paying all amounts due under the Agreement. You will pay to us all expenses (including Collection Cost and Attorney Fees) incurred by us in enforcing our rights against you or the Subscriber. This is a continuing guaranty that will not be discharged or affected by your death and will bind your heirs and personal representatives. If more than one personal guarantor has assigned this Personal Guaranty, each of you agree that your liability is joint and several. You authorize us of any of our affiliates to obtain credit bureau regarding your persons, credit and make other credit inquiries that we determine are necessary.

4. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and AirlineJOB.net regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by AirlineJOB.net to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

If, after being a member and using the AirlineJob.net Membership Service for 30 days, and not finding that this membership is helping you in your search for an airline job, you may send us a written letter explaining your reason for your dissatisfaction, and requesting a refund and membership cancellation and we will refund 100% of your money. Please note that your password will be canceled at the time of refund.

To prevent fraud or theft, refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. In no circumstances shall AirlineJob.net pay a refund more than 90 days after the purchase date.
